Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ideavo mobile application and related backend services (the "Service"), operated by Elgun Qasimzade ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not intended for use by anyone under 13.
2. Your account
To use most features, you must register an account using your email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at elgungasimzadeh@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Submit content that infringes intellectual property, defames others, or violates privacy
- Submit content designed to manipulate or jailbreak our AI analysis system
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
- Resell, redistribute, or commercialize AI-generated reports without our consent
- Interfere with the Service's security, availability, or functionality
4. In-app purchases
Ideavo offers consumable in-app purchases of credits (Starter, Founder, and Pro packs). Each credit unlocks one AI-generated idea analysis. Purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store (or Google Play, when Android launches). All payments, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by the respective platform's terms.
- Credits never expire but are non-refundable except where required by law
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- For refund requests, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play customer support
- We may, at our discretion, restore credits in cases of clear technical failure on our side
5. AI-generated content
AI-generated analyses are produced using Anthropic's Claude API. While we strive for quality, AI output may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or speculative claims. Analyses are provided "as is" and are not investment advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of business outcomes. You alone are responsible for any decisions made based on these analyses.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and AI report templates, is owned by Elgun Qasimzade. You retain ownership of the idea content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you (including sending it to our AI analysis provider).
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED REPORTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR USEFUL FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ELGUN QASIMZADE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing elgungasimzadeh@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Azerbaijan, except where applicable consumer-protection law permits otherwise.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new effective date at the top and announce material changes in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
